Q: How do I receive my purchased 3D models?
A: Our delivery process is fully automated. Immediately after a successful checkout, a unique download link will be sent to your registered email address.
Q: I haven't received my download email. What should I do?
A: Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If it doesn't arrive within 10 minutes, please contact us at support@furnituresedignassets.com with your order number, and we will manually resend the link.
Q: Does the download link expire?
A: For security reasons, download links are valid for 72 hours and have a limited number of download attempts. We recommend saving your files to a secure local drive immediately after downloading.
Q: What file formats are provided?
A: Most of our models include at least one of industry-standard .FBX .OBJ or .MAX formats. Professional-grade assets may also include native .UASSET files for Unreal Engine 5 (Lumen/Nanite ready) to ensure the highest fidelity.
Q: Are these models compatible with Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya?
A: Yes. As long as your software supports importing .FBX or .OBJ files, our models can be used across all major 3D platforms.
Q: Can I use these models for my commercial projects?
A: Absolutely. Your purchase includes a Standard Commercial License, which allows you to integrate these assets into architectural visualizations, games, VR/AR applications, and commercial renders.
Q: Am I allowed to resell the model files?
A: Strictly Prohibited. You are purchasing a license to use the assets, not the ownership of the raw data. You may not resell, redistribute, or upload our raw 3D files to any public asset library or marketplace.
Q: Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong item?
A: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated and sent, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please review the product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing.
